Check-in was easy-breakfast was very good-coffee was excellent-great value-our room was clean and comfortable-the TV was difficult to operate.
The young man was not very attentive when I asked a question in the morning, they were too involved with looking at their phone.

Hotel location had quick access to freeway. The room was standard size. Pool available. Breakfast was included and had standard variety of proteins and carbs.
Weird pre-check in email was sent but still had to do standard check in process regardless of fulfillment of pre check in procedure.

Location was good. Facility was clean and comfortable. When we checked in, the staff was very friendly and personable.
TV in our room had no volume, no matter how much we tried. Only decaf coffee in our room. Keys didn’t work to get back into building. Checking out, staff person argued with me about printing out receipt.
