Immediate response when the room we had smelled like cat urine. They promptly found another room and moved us.

All the staff were great and very friendly and helpful!
The shower water pressure was not good. And room air wasn’t working well

The location was good and it was a good breakfast. The staff that I encountered were all friendly and accommodating when it was possible.
I was on the 3rd floor and the roof mounted air unit was load and constant. Also shower gel dispenser in my room was bone dry the first night/morning. The rooms have an acrid smell. I suspect it’s the air freshener but it has a very sharp chemical smell.
