We booked this to break a long car drive and in view of its vicinity to the Storm King Art center. This is nothing special, simply a Motel, and delivers exactly what it is supposed to deliver. It was clean, and efficient check-in. Traffic on the road next to the motel is not too heavy.
The Aircon is noisy, but this how it is in the USA. The closest towns (Newburgh/Windsor) didn't have dinner options, but across the Hudson, in Beacon, there was a gentrified street with numerous nice Restaurants.

none on site....
Price was fair for size, location and level of comfort!
Air conditioner noise made sleeping difficult when running!

Super cheap rate (for the area) so no surprises that it was a run down, dirty roadside motel with some nefarious goings on.
But if what you need is a cheap place to crash between your outings to Storm King, this place is fine.
