Very nice
mattresses must be old or worn as it was not comfortable, lumpy and had a sink hole - rough for 2 people in one bed

Everything was good except sausage looked old didn't look good at all
TV didn't work at all it took awhile to get it to work. Also you should have more than one person working because they had to be at the desk to. I couldn't relax until it was fixed. I had come into town for a Funeral and was pretty stressed just wanted to put Pajamas on and watch a movie or something to get my mind off things. Some way I would like some kind of Perk for this. 😕

It’s consistency in cleanliness, service, comfort of beds and amenities. I sign up for Hampton as I know they will be friendly, helpful and efficient..Also it is so clean and comfortable! The brand to me says a great sleeping experience!

Staff was friendly
Too many to mention. Dead ants, no sofa bed, carpets were not clean upon arrival, dirty bathroom, running toilet.... As I write this I'm waiting on a response from booking.com and Hampton Inn regarding my stay. Four days after departure and still no resolution although it is the holidays.
