Convenient location on beachfront with access to the beach. Good value for money with breakfast included
We arrived early as wanted to make the most of the day before returning to Norfolk that night. Receptionist aware of arrival time as allowed us to leave the car, but we had to wait until 4.35pm for our room to be ready. New Receptionist unable to give any explanation or suggested time it would be ready

The location of the hotel was great as we were attending a wedding at Norfolk Botanical Gdns. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The rooms were invaded by gnats--they were everywhere. The microwave was too small so couldn't use it. The cooktop was induction so couldn't use the glass saucepan I'd brought. THIS should have been included in the advertising that the cooktop was induction--very important! The blankets on the beds had a sour smell as though they hadn't been washed in a long time. I had to ask for a coffee machine, which the staff provided immediately, but it should have been standard in the room.
