The check in staff were wonderful! We had to do an emergency stay because of drainage issues at the place we were staying at. She was empathetic and quick so we could rest.
The bed was unfortunately a bit too hard. The bathroom, mainly the shower, needed more of a cleaning.

Employees were friendly.
The computer on the first floor that is for all visitors wasn’t working. I told two different times to your employees that it wasn’t working and nothing got resolved. The fitness room the treadmill was broken and we were looking forward to working out every morning and couldn’t.
