The Shuttle service to the restaurant was tremendously helpful! Mike, the shuttle driver, was very courteous and fun. Will definitely stay there in the future

We love this property in the Smokies and have stayed several times. The indoor swim area is amazing for the kids and family with a hour at the end of the night just for adults. Then you walk directly into the lobby and instantly feel your right back in the Smokies.
This is the first time experiencing these issues but upon entering the room, the air unit was off and the blinds were open. With the sun bouncing off the roof and directly into our interior room made for a miserable first couple hours. Also, there was a small amount of mold growing on the inside of the curtains directly over the air unit to cause some concern.

How the rooms were not soundproof. We could hear people next door to us talking in other room.

The bed was comfortable
The lobby, waterpark area & the grounds of the hotel was very nice. The room we were in was a whole other story. It needed serious repair work. The ceiling in our room & the walk way were damaged and sagging. The tub needed significant repair work. The vents were caked in dust & who knows what else. The hotel was obviously not full yet we were placed in this subpar room at the farthest part of the property. I felt like because we used booking.com we were given subpar room while other well cared for rooms set empty.
