The staff is awesome. Keith took great care of our needs. We celebrated our anniversary they gave complimentary champagne and breakfast at The Heirloom, which the food was delicious including dinners and cocktails. Irianny and Clint were our servers and Very nice people. We had a relaxing peaceful time on our balcony and we were able to walk to to everything.

Beautiful setting. Warm friendly welcome. Comfy bed. Clean. Felt well cared for. Restaurant has an interesting menu.
The room was clean but they sprayed something in there, I presume to cover a smell from perhaps a previous pet who’d soiled in the room as the odors mingled and were a bit overpowering. Fortunately could leave the door open. Restaurant service is very slow.

great location and good size room with very friendly staff who were very welcoming and made us feel at home. the restaurant next door is great and would recommend. Do make sure you are on time for any booking as we arrived literally 90 seconds late and our table had been given away. they did sort another table out for us but I do think a little more than 90 seconds would be reasonable.
the only point that needs attention is the cleaning of the floor which left the soles of our feet very dirty just walking around the room and left black footprints when stepping into the shower

The location and walking distance to the shops and restaurants.
I didn’t think it as a luxury hotel. Bathroom weren’t clean and there was dust and webs in the room. The pillows were super uncomfortable and because we booked through booking.com our breakfast wasn’t included.
