Breakfast, large room, quietness, instant hot water, and fridge/microwave were appreciated and clean.

a couple of crickets - one good sized - scared me. I killed it, thinking it was a cockroach and brought it to reception.

The room itself was fine. Good bed, good shower, good hot water. Bonus for Keurig in the room although Express Hotels now have higher end coffee machines in the lobbies as well. No issues with the room. Breakfast was always ready on time and excellent - lots of variety.

Just know this was a a very noisy hotel! My room angled towards a very busy road (9) which meant loud traffic during the day and young racers at night. There was also construction just across the parking lot that started about 7:30am. Work crews stay here, so you get the beeping when parking at night. That also means breakfast can be extremely busy between 6:30 and 7 if you happen to be an early riser or need to leave early. For me personally, the overall noise was a LOT. If in the area, I think I’d try a different hotel. Others might not be bothered or ask for an inside room.

Quiet. Good breakfast.

Stained carpets. High price.

the room smelled horribly, the carpets were sticky and the toilet had a drip that kept running. Told front desk but now follow up on what they did or didn't do.
