Everything was great except the evening staff. It by far was one of the better hotels that I have stayed in over the years. Very clean bedrooms. A wonderful breakfast in the morning before check out. The morning staff were kind and friendly.
The interaction of the evening staff at check in. He was very rude and seem to have other things on his mind. You could also tell that he was annoyed on how we booked our stay through Booking.com

It is close to restaurants and other businesses.
We reported to the desk that our inner door latch was broken but no one came to fix it. Also air was blowing in thru the windows making a whistling noise

Easy to find & in a good area.
The lobby & halls had a funky smell. The pool vas very cold & needed updating.

It was a good price.
The walls were so thin that I was wakened by a baby crying in the middle of the night and someone taking a very early shower.
