Check in person was very nice, was able to move us to the main floor easily. Bed was comfortable, room temperature was comfortable
Room was small, bathroom was very small. Didn't stay for breakfast, took a banana that was old.

The breakfast had good choices, dining area clean.
Our room was clean and well furnished but had a musty smell. It was as if it had been a smoking room in the past and had been carefully cleaned and refurbished but some smell remained. Otherwise our stay was fine.

This was a great location for our needs (visiting family). Amenities were great, although we weren't there enough to use them much. Breakfast was good and appreciated. No problems with noise or malfunctioning TV, plumbing, etc.
There was a smell in the room that made me cough (could be from certain cleaning products or being a pet-friendly hotel). Also, the humidity in the room was noticeable even with the air conditioning.

Adequate. Not much seating space.
Location near restaurants and stores and parks
Hot tub not working - lukewarm etc
Pool ice cold

"I liked how large the room was. It was quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodated my request for an extra blanket. Everything was clean. The bed was soft."
