Beautiful and rustic the staff was amazing. Nick was friendly to everyone. He was accommodating and helpful not only to me, but I saw his interaction with other customers and it was wonderful. I’ve stayed in Eagle River before and this by far was the best place to stay as far as location and friendliness.
There was really nothing I could pinpoint. That was something I did not like it was a great experience.

The breakfast was really nice. The man taking care of the area was beyond competent, resourceful, unbeliveably busy and incredibly helpful.

The location was great. A picturesque view of the river.
The room was super musty and damp. The A/C unit was so loud and would run for 10 seconds and shut off only to restart another two minutes later. There was hair on the bathroom walls and the ceiling was stained with rust or mold? The light switch near the room sink was missing screws and was not flush to the wall. The pool area was clean but the smell of chlorine made your eyes water it was so strong. The rest of the motel had an unpleasant smell as well.
