The hotel was very conveniently located to Penn Stsre.
The hotel was not very soundproof. You could hear i poop role walking above you. It was very disruptive. It was like they were pounding on the ceiling

Close proximity to where I needed to be
My only complaint is that the 3rd floor had a odor in the hallway. Odor did not go into my room but I could smell it walking to and from the elevators from my room.

Easy parking
Because of its proximity to PSU, and the fact that it was “parents weekend”, the prices were easily double what they normally are, or should be (supply/demand). However, with the price we paid I expected better comfort.
The beds were so uncomfortable & rickety.
The noise from the people in the room over us was unbearable. Woke us up at 1:30am and we had to call the front desk to ask them to intervene- which they were happy to do.
