The property is in a great spot, the staff is amazing and the pool was great! I would recommend anyone stay there if they were going to be in the area and OK with no AC and noise. The facilities is what makes the place though
I know nothing can be done, but the Roosters would prevent me from staying there again, as well as when you stay in a studio that is attached to another occupied unit, it is extremely loud. It feels like they are in the room with you so it doesnt feel very private at all in the studio

The pool area was nice; however, the hot tub was non-functional until the last day of our trip. Additionally, the pool was unheated until the last day of our stay.
The room was very small and dated. The advertised square footage included the outdoor patio. The 350 sq ft advertised was actually 250 sq ft of living space. Very, very tight for 2 adults. This was our second stay at the facility (2022). The staff treated us differently this time around as were not Wyndham members. Be prepared to rent beach equipment and purchase towels as needed.
