Only complaint was the sliding door to the balcony was very hard to operate

Ease of check in, ease of parking (Valet).

1). The shower leaked terribly…had to use all of our towels to dry it up. Why did it leak…from my opinion, the shower opens from the opposite end from the faucet. 2). The AC made the most awful noise, all night long on Saturday night and Sunday night, we got no sleep. My wife called and security came up? Why? So I call the next evening (Sunday night), engineer came up and said nothing he could do. He spoke with front desk and so did I…but why move us at 9:30 on our last night. It was terrible.

AA) Beds are small, BB) Parking was very expensive, CC) I booked a double room for three nights, with check-in on July 23, 2026, and check-out on July 26, 2026. The booking included breakfast. However, on the morning of July 26, I was required to pay for breakfast because the restaurant staff insisted it was necessary. Please find the attached receipt for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could clarify why I was charged for breakfast, even though it was included in my booking and paid for in advance. Your kind clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
