Location, friendly and accommodating staff, nice complimentary breakfast. Junior suite on the upper floor was roomy and bright.
Rates are steep.
Most rooms are tiny (not uncommon in NY). The junior suite we were assigned was dark and felt dated. We asked to be moved to an upper floor suite and the stuff quickly arranged that. What a difference! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

The hotel is in a great location, it’s very clean with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The staff is amazing and very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is well-located, clean, and features attractive common areas; the staff is polite and well-trained, and there is a metro station right out front (pros)
The room is a bit of a "mini-luxury" space but is far too small for two people; there is nowhere to put suitcases and no closet. A makeshift luggage rack was provided, but it left no room to get to the other bed (it was a twin-bed setup), and I ended up injuring and scraping my leg—actually losing skin in the process (con). We stayed for 7 days. It’s fine for short stays, but definitely not for long ones!

Location
Terrible breakfast especially considering the price for this luxury hotel. Worse than continental breakfast at a cheap hotel. Unfriendly restaurant employees.
Expensive room facing a brick building. Managed to move to street view room which was small, but nice.
Front desk staff rather disengaged and only one friendly .
