Country Town N' Suites

value for price was excellent, decent location, close to restaurants and downtown Gatlinburg.

Office a little hard to find, no ice machine at motel lot, carpet in room needs cleaning or replaced

Check in was a easy even with us arriving at 1:30 AM. Paid completely online so no additional payment were needed. Room fit description to a T. It was cozy, clean, and jacuzzi was a nice bonus for the price. Only downside is we missed the timeframe to call for more towels (so its really on us.) We went on a holiday weekend, and our stay was less than $400 and we also got to see a baby black bear cub near our room. We originally planned on walking a few places per someone else's review, but it wasn't walking distance to the inner town in my opinion and had a few hills but overall enjoy our stay and we'd definitely come back.

Easy access to room, enough parking , I love how the rooms are set up with the wall pictures . The room was clean and so was the bed. Was Good for the price

Office and pool were farther from the hotel

No breakfast was served.

Was told they had a pool. But there was no water in it. Disappointed because unless you requested it you got no cleaning service. Was not impressed. Probably will never stay there again. Also had ants and stinking in the room.
