The staff and location was very good
The hall carpets seemed dirty. I imagine that is hard to keep clean. The room was clean

I had a Dole fruit cup which was good. They had plenty of other choices.
Everything could be updated; especially the carpet in the hallways, steps and fresh paint. The vinyl in the bedroom is fine and makes it appear cleaner.

It was a convenient location for our needs at a good price. The bathrooms were clean and seemed to have been updated at some point.
The hall carpets definitely need to be cleaned. It definitely is an older hotel, so we weren't expecting a 5-star experience but there not being an elevator and having to carry luggage to the second floor was a bit difficult for us older folks.
