Front desk gentleman addressed me by my last name when We returned to hotel. Lady was also nice. Spent 2 days. Loved the breakfast that was different both days. Nice and hot.

I felt the snack machines were fair priced. Having the extra hour for grownups in the pool without small children from 10:00 to 11:00 pm. The hot tub worked. It was very clean.
I paid ahead and pre registered about car and guests info. I had to wait in the lobby for an hour and a half when I went to check in at 3:00. Was told my room had not been cleaned yet. Was not offered any discount for my time. We were only there for a day so missed out on what we had planned for that day. We were a half hour away from Galena, Illinois where we had things planned. Came back to the hotel to change clothes and get ready but couldn’t get into our room. Instead of charging $75 deposit since I booked through a third party booking.com was charged $150 deposit. Thought that was ridiculous!
