Our room had a great view of the pond out back with a nice little deck. Our room was very clean, smelled fresh and had nice furniture in it. No one bothered us the whole time we were there.
The outside of the property looks a little run down but don’t judge by the outside, inside the rooms are great!

Room was very clean. The bathroom was clean and the fridge was useful. Opening the door to see the water was wonderful.
The sink in the bathroom is raised making it difficult to was your face. Parking was a struggle as we had 2 vehicles but they only allowed parking for 1 vehicle and we had to pay $40 to park the other vehicle elsewhere.

It was next to a lake with a small dock to sit on and only a block away from the Ocean Front. The Managers were very friendly nice and accommodating.
No coffee or coffee pots in the room. Thin blanket.
