Location was great, clean

The shower heads suck

I love the fact that they are more like apartments than hotel.

I wished i had more than 2 pillows, other than that it was great

Like the lay out of floor plans. It's set up like a single bedroom apartment.

The Decor was alittle old fashion/outdated.

Overall the suite was clean, except for a few beetles that I think slipped under the door after the room was cleaned. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was really quiet.

A number of things. There were only 2 outlets in the bedroom portion of the suite, and they were not between the beds. (One was on the outside wall near the window, the other was on the partion room across the room from the head of the bed and bedside table.) That meant that I had to stretch the cord from my C-Pap across the room and make sure I didn't trip over it. Luckily my machine has a really long cord, or I would have had no way to use my C-Pap. My husband also uses a C-Pap and happened to choose the bed nearest to the outlet, so we couldn't just switch beds. There were no bath towels in the room. One hand towel and one washcloth were it. (Husband had to go to office to request towels.). Also no papertowels, and no additional toilet paper provided. (We didn't need another roll, but it is always nice to know that there is a back up.) There was literally nothing in any of the cabinets, and no disposable cups were offered. I normally drink some hot tea at night (I have a travel kit with teapot, strainer and cup) and also several glasses of water. There is literally no way to heat water unless the guest brings their own microwavable cup/pitcher, or a tea kettle or pan. Unfortunately my teapot and cup are part metal, so I couldn't use them in the microwave and they aren't burner safe. So I did without tea. Not a major problem, but it was a bit annoying. I could have managed if there were even just a few disposable cups that I could use in the microwave and for water. If we were staying for more than one night, I would have been really disappointed in the suite. Why bother paying for a suite that provides a kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator if there is no way to use them except for the refrigerator. We never pack cooking utensils, pans, etc when doing a road trip. It honestly would never occur to me.
