Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
Very pet friendly! This was the first hotel I've stayed at that gave a little goodie bag for the dog with a water bowl, bag, and treats. They also were accommodating with finding a room for us on the first floor. The connected restaurant on site was also very convenient after a long travel day.
We were in a noisy location- intersection of entrance, elevators, and hallway to the restaurant. Our room also could have been a bit cleaner (found a piece of unwrapped candy on the floor). All in all, pros outweighed the cons though.

Very nice facilities, clean and modern. Everything worked as it should.
The breakfast situation was terrible. Bad communication between concessionaire and the inn. One poor waitress for an entire dinning room full of hungry people including entire school athletic teams.
We couldn't wait more than an hour to get on with our affairs.
It was so disappointing since we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Emplacement et la chambre
Le personnel du Old Chicago où nous devions prendre le petit déjeuner à peine poli. La personne a l’accueil de l’hôtel avec des piercings plein le visage c’est pas top pour un établissement de ce type.

Property was nice and easy location.
Somebody pooped in the pool and while the staff got most of it out pretty quick after being reported they didn’t close it down or clean it properly.
