Your front desk staff very courteous, attentive and professional. The accommodations throughout were excellent and well maintained.
Check out time would had been nice at 12pm instead of 11am, but given 2 of the 4 rooms were not ready when we checked in, I gather that later time makes it more challenging to have place ready for next guests.

Staff was phenomenal, especially Stephen!
He was the most welcoming person I've ever encountered dealing with any hotels/places!
The room was okay, definitely could use an upgrade, but overall, comfortable
A few things.
The shower turn nozzle was on backwards so I thought it barely got warm at first, also ran out of conditioner.
The mini fridge wasn't cold at all.
The mattress topper was also the wrong size and kept coming off.
The computer desk area was super dusty as well.
The main reason I personally chose the hotel was the hot tub, but it was ice cold, the pool was warmer.
The elevators stopped working and the fire alarm was going off at 5am.
