Great location on the beach. 2 minute walk to the center of town, food, shops, etc.
The hotel is showing its age, but was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Always a great stay. it’s pismo so it’s close to everything. great views of the ocean and the steps to the beach are about 20 yards or so. Rooms are comfortable and staff was constantly working to keep property maintained

Location and partial ocean view make this spot special.
It’s an older facility but it was clean and the location makes up for it.

The location was great. Well stocked kitchenette. The bed was comfy.
The place was (clean). However, it is very outdated and in need of renovation . This made it feel tatty. We did not use the air-conditioning unit as it looked dirty.
