The room was very clean and nice that there was a separate living room/kitchen
It was so very cold in the room. That is one that no we didn’t like at all.

Very comfortable room, handy location for public transit. Near convention center, and good deal for room on non-convention weekend. Nice top-floor restaurant and bar with many local beer taps.
Their parking is strictly valet, and rather pricey. I used a garage 2-3 blocks away for a much better overnight price. Ask for a room not on the streetcar side (quieter).

Room was clean and well apponted. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful with several quirky needs we had, and very helpful in allowing us to leave our vehicle and luggage behind while we did some sampling of Portland.
This is picky, but the location of the toilet paper dispenser made no sense. The ice delivery system (bags in a freezer by the elevator) was weird, and I had to contact the front desk to find out how to get ice as it was not marked.

Clean
They set up the room with snacks and drinks but if you have any they’ll charge you for double of what they’re worth. How about you leave that shit at the store instead? And at least offer a free water bottle.
