The location was convenient for everything we had planned in Houston. The room was comfortable for our short stay, and we appreciated having a place close to downtown without having to spend a lot.
The property could definitely use some updating and a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Some areas felt older and more worn than expected. While it worked for our two-night stay, there were a few things that could be improved to make guests feel more comfortable.

Great location, steps from public transportation.
Clean and good price.
The train horn constantly not bad for a night stay

Super Friendly staff that as well as cleanliness made it a great stay
Nothing it was all great

Nice hosts
The main issue is it is right on a busy road and the metro will hold the horn down as is passes regularly at all hours.
