Everything! I was able to have a smoking room and I had the absolute best shower I had taken on my two week trip. It was glorious!! the night manager was wonderful and helped us get settled in. It’s a no-frills property but that’s what we like the most, an affordable clean room with a clean bed a good TV and Wi-Fi. 10 out of 10 would definitely visit again!!!
Nothing ! It was just what we needed

This is not a high end hotel but it is very clean and comfortable! My husband and I were traveling and needed to stop for the night. Most of the hotels we usually stay in were booked. It was out of desperation we chose the Royal Inn but it will be intentional next time! Owen greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. He is an asset to the company!
It suited our needs perfectly!

The price and the lower pet fee.
The crawling worm/bug on the bed. But our dog likely brought it in the room after her walk outside. The lack of warm/ hot water in the shower. A cold shower isn’t comfortable. The noise of the ice machine that was in the hall across from our door.

Friendly staff
Noisy - the exit/entrance makes a loud noise whenever someone comes of goes
