We absolutely loved our stay at Rocca dei Saraceni. From the room to the food to the setting, everything was beautifully done, and we honestly cannot think of anything we would have wanted to be different. Our room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. One of our favourite things was the view of Mount Etna, which we could enjoy both from our room and from the terrace — such a beautiful way to start and end the day. The breakfast deserves a special mention because it was genuinely the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. There is a small but beautifully presented buffet with everything from little yoghurt pots, and cereals to bread, butter, croissants, cakes, cookies, fresh fruit and juices. But what makes it really special is that, in addition, you can order (as much as you like) from a cooked breakfast menu, with everything freshly prepared for you. There are different kinds of eggs, frittata, warm tomatoes or mushrooms, bacon and more, as well as a great choice of coffee. We loved being able to have breakfast outside on the shaded terrace, with the view of Etna — although having breakfast inside is probably also lovely. The pool area is another wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. And then there is the dinner! We stayed for several nights and had three completely different dinner experiences — a pizza night, a set menu and an à la carte dinner — and every single one was excellent. Everything we ate was delicious, and the chefs are clearly very talented. It was lovely to have such variety without ever compromising on quality. Overall, this is one of those places where everything just comes together: a beautiful and comfortable room, spectacular views, wonderful food and a really relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily return.

What a wonderful place to stay! Everything was exactly as pictured, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the dinner was outstanding. A hidden gem and the perfect oasis.

Hearing nabers moving furniture in the middle of the night. Extra payment for fresh orange juice- you could make fresh orange juice shotsfor guest.

the setting of this place especially the outdoor area is impressive. The place has a high-end, modern touch and it very well kept.

the sun beds near the pool are very uncomfortable. This can easily be resolved with a comfortable cushion. Not expected for a place like this. The shower floor is very slippery. All it needs is a non-slip rubber mat.
