Convenient location near train station.
Room in New section added to a restored hotel. Room was small no fridge or microwave. In hotel restaurant had good food but pricy. You have to climb a steep hill to get to lobby. You can enter a lower level parking garage and take an elevator up 4 floors but you aren't told about that until you check in.

The breakfast was just sooo good!! I ordered out of my comfort zone, and it turned out absolutely terrific! They went above and beyond, and it was served on the plate attractively.

As old as the building is, you can tell it is well-kept while keeping that historic feel. I appreciated the pictures of local history in the hallways.
The bed was comfortable and the spa tub was amazing.
The light in the bathroom was goofy. There was no way to use the bathroom at night without the light shining in the whole room and waking your partner. There was no door to shut to the sink area to block the light, and the toilet/tub area was on the same light switch.
A microwave in the room would have been helpful.
Just minor things. I would definitely stay again.
