Very clean. Breakfast included was very good. Not just a buffet. Ate at the restaurant at lunch. Very good. Staff very friendly.
Beds on the firmer side.

Had a perfect stay.
They should have another person beside the desk clerk to check the rooms on early checkouts. Woman was great but had to go inspect room before returning cash deposit. Please afford another staff member to ease and improve that situation.

It was quiet, easily accessed from the interstate and staff was friendly.
I could not take advantage of the breakfast because it did not start until 6:30am and I had to be at work by 6:45. If it had been buffet style, I could have grabbed something to go.
Also, I did not like that there was no shelf in the shower for my own products, and there was no sliding door to keep water off the floor at the entrance.
Finally, I could not access streaming services like Netflix on the TV. I called the front desk for help, but she (Maria) was unable to assist.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and common areas. Lobby bar served good sandwiches and bar food.
Elevator was not working. Had to carry all luggage up to room.
Breakfast was included but wait staff would not fill my 16 Oz travel mug with coffee so I could have coffee in my room before breakfast. I had to give them my meal ticket to get a paper cup of coffee . If I came back later I was told that I would have to pay for breakfast. If I stayed and ordered breakfast I could have all the coffee I wanted. For 250$ per night there should be coffee available in the lobby in the morning. The desk clerks glibly told me they had nothing to do with the breakfast service.
