Location
Dirty groute in tub/shower.
A bit noisy due to other guests staying.

I appreciated the manager helping me connect with the motel's wi-fi, as my phone was a bit wonky. He also came to the room quickly when we had trouble getting the TV to work. The price was exceptional for the good quality touches in the room...nice fixtures, comfy beds, nice large accessible bathroom, and good, practical touches throughout.
A bit more light, a TV that worked.

Decently located close to town - not walkable but an easy drive
A little run down but still mostly clean and kept up overall

The staff were very nice and accommodating, I was able to get an early check in and check out was very easy. The room was old and dated but very clean and the bed was comfortable.
The motel had no soundproofing and the cost, $250, was way too high. The air conditioning would only stay on for a few minutes at a time. This is the same type of motel we stayed in on vacations as kids in the 1950's and 1960's but there was no air-conditioning then.
