I like that it small not to many ppl the remodel parking is amazing breakfast included definitely a plus got me with that
That the pool closes to early i will like atlest 1130 to midnight 12 a lot of the theme parks close at 9:00 by the time you get to your hotel it's 9:30 10:00 and sometimes you want to enjoy and relax the hot tub or the pool but you can because it closes at 10:00 it doesn't give you enough time I can hear the ppl rolling there luggage n slamming the door

I like the comfort and cleanliness and quiet of the room, the breakfast was good. I like the do-it-yourself waffles. The location is good, you know, on hotel circle. I liked the $10 parking when nearly everyone else charges $25. The pillows were clean, and I can always tell, because if they aren't, I get a sore throat and stuffy nose.
I don't particularly like the bathroom setup, with the toilet separate from the shower. There was no place to get dressed except in the shower room which is smallish with just a wall hook. Since I was traveling with my family I needed a little privacy. I don't like the bare floor. I know it's cleaner than carpet, but I don't like it.

The staff was very friendly! They were very welcoming, and attentive. I appreciate their kindness and assistance very much!
It could’ve been cleaner in my opinion. My room had a couple of dead flies, but nothing major. Some of the hotel furniture was stained, such as the toilet seat. But this has more to do with the fact that it seems like an older hotel than the staff not properly cleaning.

In the week and a half since I had booked it this property decided to start charging for parking. In the end I was able to negotiate to pay half price for that, but I wasn't happy about it. The room door, #407, fit poorly and sometimes was very hard to open from inside, despite abundant light leaks and air leaks all around the door. The room was reasonably clean though when we moved the bed there was a lot of dirt and debris that was unseen until I moved the bed. The room had a peculiar musty moldy smell every time we entered, although with time in the room you didn't notice it. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice, the hallways had rubber carpet runners thrown down on them but not attached and those were a trip hazard. Their TV situation is curious, you have a smart TV but have to enter your own passwords and login in order to access any channels or see any TV using your own service. It's obviously an older property that's been basically refurbished, but some of the cracks are showing. We were there 4 days, were told at checkin that 'due to Covid' they only clean rooms every 2nd day. But we never had any maid service at all, and I even had to take our trash out myself. Also, the toilet was mis-set and made loud clunks and crashes whenever used.
