Convenient, beds were comfortable, coffee was decent
Toilet was dirty when we arrived (fyi it was cleaned when I let the front desk know), no toilet brush, we stayed an extra two nights and the room was never cleaned or beds made up . We requested the room be serviced after our 3rd night . We were told it would be serviced but it never was ,bathroom could do with a makeover!

My room had one bed, and it was a perfect size for me. I loved the large window seat. The service was fantastic! The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, and she treated me more like a friend than a stranger imposing herself. I will be coming back next year with my husband.
The breakfast could use more protein choices, like bacon or sausages. Nicer quality pillows would be appreciated.

Beds were comfortable. Lots of pillows. The room was bigger than expected. Laundry facilities available. Plenty of parking. Free continental breakfast.
Bathroom floor tiles were cracked and wobbly. Toilet had a ring of some type of growth. Bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash had dried contents on the outsides of the bottles. Wallpaper peeling off. Few outlets in the room. Something sprayed on tv screen and bed skirts. No dairy free options for coffee at breakfast.

"We booked with Booking.com and this was the most impressive room we have ever stayed at. My husband is a truck driver and he stays at a different hotel every night. The room was so cozy and wonderful."
