Everything
All the drains were clogged i had to wait an extended period for it to drain especially the bathroom basin. I reported it and it should have been fixed the next day but i left eatfor an event and came in late. So i know they would have fixed it once i was one becuase i was just there for 3 days

Staff are very nice and helpful.
You have to pay extra if you want your room cleaned. No breakfast just muffins and nutri grain bars with coffee.

Room I reserved (queen non-smoking) was not available. I was given a substitute but it had a leaky bathroom sink drain.
