The convenience of location

I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast diner nextdoor, but will next time!
This was a perfect, affordable place for my little getaway! Nice woodsy setting. Very comfortable! Convenient to beaches, nature paths, and all the places I wanted to visit.
Great helpful staff! THANK YOU, STEVE!
Wish I could have stayed longer!

Location close to Wellfleet and the price are great. When I had a problem they were quick to help I'm fixing anything that was wrong. Like the nice area with trees and chairs where I could sit right outside my room.
In order to get ventilation you need to leave your room door open. But someone was smoking sitting right outside their room door very close by so I got second hand smoke instead of fresh air. A smoking area far away from the rooms would be helpful.

location and restaurant on property was amazing
paint was cracked and pealing in the bathroom on walls. This is not a hard thing to maintain or fix. Overall, the room was good. I would have given it higher ratings if the bathroom was tidy.
