Moody Gardens Hotel Spa and Convention Center

We had a very enjoyable stay. Lora with the valet service was extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Lora went out her way to have someone and herself to pick us up from the attractions we went to, for the walking was a little challenging for two senior adults. Lora was the greatest!! everyone else was also very pleasant and helpful. Both of us had a wonderful overnight stay. The stay was very relaxing.

I didn't dislike anything. Enjoyed it ALL.

Very big and nice room. View was nice of the bay.

Hallways smells. At least the smell was not in the rooms.

Had a lot of things to do, but by the time we got there Sunday evening everything was closed.

The pool water is Hot

It was clean, for the most part. Pool was nice.

That the place was a cashless facility. Pool bar was never open when we were in the pool. Our TV didn't work at all the first 5 hours after we checked in. Tried calling the front dest to report the problem more than a few times, and nobody would answer the phone. We even tried calling the housekeeping number, room service number and still nothing, so I had to personally go to front desk to report it. Absolutely NO towels by pool area, not even a place for them to be, and they just ran out. So when we were done in the pool we had to go to front desk and ask for towels, only to be told we had to call housekeeping. My husband insisted, since by that time we were freezing cold in the air conditioned hotel and they finally gave us towels. Cards to room we paper. For a place thats this nice, I'd expect better. Only one bathrobe provided in room, when people normally have at least 2 people checking in. It was hard to get coffee, had to buy my own at CVS.
