Close to where I needed to go.

Parking in back was a little scary being a woman alone.

Breakfast was nice . A nice variety of choices The fresh orange water by the reception was a nice touch, very refreshing.

I was on first floor next to the bathroom. Our bathroom needed updating.

Breakfast was exceptional, hot, tasty, varied options. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. The staff supplied additional towels when we asked.

When we arrived, there was urine on the floor around the base of the toilet. Staff rectified the situation ASAP when asked. The bed was too soft for my comfort, and so tall I had trouble getting in. My elderly mother wouldn't have been able to get in at all if I hadn't brought a step stool for her use. The elevator malfunctioned while I was inside, causing me to be trapped for approximately 22 minutes. The staff responded quickly, calling maintenance personnel and then the fire department. Everyone was solicitous and concerned. The hotel did "comp" the room, but I was disappointed that nobody with management approached me about compensation, I had to broach the subject upon checkout.
