did not eat breakfast. Very clean. nice setting, People were very nice, especially manager Sam.

I did not know when I booked that there was no elevator. They were able to move me to the first floor after the first night. (stayed 5 nights, and the 21 or 22 steps to 2nd floor were going to be inconvenient). This should have been on your booking site. Clerk at checkin was not very good. She said I could not switch to 1st floor until next day, even though the facility seemed to have very few cars. After hauling luggage up 21 stairs, I had to return down to get the proper door code (she gave me wrong code, and it was in writing...clearly her error.) I tried to reach the desk over 10 minutes to get right code, but only got automated message. After going down, she then had me wait while she did another checkin! Surprising.

The grounds were beautiful, enjoyed the aqua massage, and the trails were fun. The fire pit swings were very cool.

Our bed was actually a little too soft for our liking after the first night. We are just used to a firmer mattress. There was a lot of thumping and banging above our room the night before we left.

Not happy with booking app showing price of $145 but charging &160. Didn’t know they added $15 for using Booking.com . In the future go straight to hotel phone number
