great location, good bar, staff was great and very helpful

tv didn’t work, you have to go outside to get to the indoor pool, outside showers didn’t work so we had sand all in our room

The other guest were very noisy slamming doors and talking in the halls loudly. The photos on the web site were nothing like the actual hotel. The room door wouldn’t close all the way, the balcony door was extremely hard to open and the soap dispenser fell off the wall. My granddaughter had $300.00 taken while at the pool.

Staff was exemplary, really nice and helpful.

The marijuana smell

The fact we could see the ocean was the only good thing about this stay but since I can get that from any of the other beach view hotels we will be staying somewhere else.

The plates, pots and pans were all dirty like they have never been washed in between room cleanings. The shower took almost a full 5 mins before the water was hot enough to take a shower. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk.

Up at 3:am people fighting and slamming doors till ...ugggg we did NOT sleep well, especially, listening to a woman saying a man was pulling her hair. Frightening.

The pool wasn’t in operation, the restaurant wasn’t in operation, no change to the use the arcade. We were there from 04/03-04/07, the room was clean for the week, I had to go to front desk to get clean towels, and toilet tissue, the Elevator was wet and had trash in it, the elevator leading to the parking lot didn’t come for over ten minutes, I had to use the stairs. I was very disappointed.

It was conveniently located near all the things we had planned.

I didn't like the fact we had to clean the fridge soon as we got in the room due to mold fested in the freezer. The last night of our stay they had a $49 special to stay another night, we were over charged and the water would no longer get hot (guess that's why it was only $49). Lastly the heater didn't work. The first time we stayed there it was great! This time, not even close to the last time. Wish I could upload the pics.

The hotel was under construction which we were not aware of. The room was noisy, the remote and internet did not work. The indoor pool was under maintenance, which we were not aware of. The hotel leaked and the smell of paint was overwhelming. The elevator kept getting stuck. Would not recommend.

kitchenette had 3 knifes for silverware , no cups . had to leave a day early because they were spraying every unit for pests , I have health issues and needed to depart

the room could have been cleaner, the pool was not open when it says it is, the cafe was closed, all these things should have been stated….that was the reason for me booking that room, it’s cold out so a indoor pool would have been nice….I would have went somewhere else had I known they weren’t available. I’ve stayed here before and loved it, my towels were thrown across the bathroom counter like nobody cared, they was a inch of dust on the lamp shades and my phone, clock or lights on my night stand did not work someone had to come fix it!
