It didn’t have roaches
The floors need to be swept in the rooms since it’s wood paneling.

It was quiet and very close to my convention. And they had nice cold sodas
The mold and bugs.

It was in a good location. Close to two restaurants that I like. Pet friendly and the staff were decent.
My first room was dirty. The shelf was broken. The fridge was burnt and a little dirty. There was no remote for the television. The shower was dirty and still had hair in it. My second room was a little better but the shower was still dirty had hair in it and someone left a used razor on the top of the shower.
