Breakfast was good!
Key malfunctioned a couple times.

Everything exceeded our expectations. We were minutes from Bathhouse Row. Shopping and restaurants were all nearby. The hot breakfast was wonderful. It was nice to have coffee and water available in the main lobby. Although we didn't have time to appreciate the indoor pool and exercise room, they were very clean and taken care of. Definitely would return.
The entrance was hard to find as it was behind another hotel.

Clean and had a great breakfast! Air conditioning was really cold 🙌
Nothing.

It was close to where we needed to be. Unfortunately, there were issues with the room. A chair at the desk with a missing wheel, a very lose toilet seat and a bench with screws falling out.
The front desk did take care of the issues quickly. However, this just shows the level of non preventive maintenance.
