Location very convenient to shopping stores

The room was clean, so convenient to the ferry to Norfolk. AC was cold. Refrigerator cold too! Beds were comfortable. Parking was good. Food Lion nearby which was great. Quiet other than a couple of people that messed it up for everyone. The price was good too! I really have no complaints.
Neighborhood-questionable During our stay a couple people walked up to us asking for money. Kids/grandchildren felt uncomfortable.
Room - All was perfect until 2 parties checked into 2 rooms on our floor. There must have been 20or 30 people between the 2 rooms and the floor. Maybe for a game? They left and came back at 2am with speakers blaring in their cars, slamming their room doors talking and laughing loudly.
