L'Auberge De Sedona

The Duck Pond pool has incredible view of the mountain, great jacuzzi and pool space day and evening. The pool staff is super helpful and welcoming. Love the Oak Creek restaurant and feeding the ducks in the morning. The tranquility of the place is super infectious. The spa is small but great, with a steam room, pool and ammenities.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was spotless and had everything one could want with so much attention to detail. Our party of 4 agreed that it was the absolute highlight of our trip (we stayed in 9 hotels in a short time) and we just can't wait to return to L’Auberge in Sedona.

It was a bit upsetting that the shady loungers at the pool one had to pay extra for - the cabanas are understandable but that felt wrong and taking advantage of people who can’t tolerate sun.

The service is shockingly disastrous. At the Cliff building, we waited for valet forever and ended up taking our luggage upstairs ourselves (no elevator). We were out of the room for 5 1/2 hours to come back to uncleaned room. When someone came, she spent 9 min to clean the room (!). The reception at the Cliff building is a stand where someone is present periodically during the day. If no one is there, you need to go back to your room to call central reception. The room is small, with essentially no draw space to unpack. The space to hang clothes (no doors, open space) is in the bathroom. Plenty $$$ bottles in the room but a simple bottle of water, which is standard all over the world nowadays , is not there. The building itself is a glorified motel design, when you enter the room directly from outside Breakfast buffet is beyond limited
