It's on the Gatlinburg strip so you don't have to try to find, and pay, for parking. You can just walk out the door and be on the strip. The staff was great! We always stay here when we go to Gatlinburg.
The towels could be a little bigger

Nice location, within walking distance of main attractions.

Location, cleanliness, efforts made by staff to accommodate us
They canceled my reservation after a misunderstanding that led to us almost being stranded

Location was great for what we needed
Nowhere to sit around pool area. We also had a balcony that faced a wall and was beside the hall window. What a waste
