Location - as there was nothing else around in that area.
The place was a bit ran down and not super clean. Definitely could use some TLC and cleaning. Mainly the lobby and hallways. Room was clean.

The breakfast was excellent. We don't usually have eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy for breakfast, so this was a real treat and it was delicious. There was a large variety of food to chose from.
My husband is handicapped and even though we had a walk-in shower, a shower chair would have been very useful. Everything else was top notch.

First time staying there, me and my son was very satisfied with everything, the staff was very friendly and helpful when asked anything. Me and my son will be back. Thank you

Location on main road of downtown. Bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Needs major updating. Single elevator was suspect with floor indicator not working.
