We loved the location being on the beach. The adult pool area was very nice and the bar attached to the property was very convenient.
The elevators kept breaking down, which was a little nerve wracking being on the 15th floor.

Nice staff. Room was better than expected. Pools and locations was perfect.
I have a Mercedes sprinter van and it’s taller than most vehicles. It did not fit under the parking garage and they could not offer me anywhere to park or any other recommendations. So that was annoying.

The location and the pool facilities.
During our 7 day stay, room service only visited our room once. I literally took the trash bag to the trash suit twice during my stay. We needed to bring towels from the pool facilities, so we could have fresh clean towels for use two days. Also, only 1 of the 2 elevators was in working condition for the entire week. A sign was posted on the one elevator waiting for parts. At times there were lengthy waits to use the elevator, luckily we were on the third floor,so I used the stairs frequently.
