Westin is always a hotel I can trust and choose with confidence. As always, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The bell staff who helped us unload our luggage upon arrival and load it into our car when we left were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. In fact, they were the friendliest and most attentive staff we encountered during our stay. Their warm and thoughtful service made a wonderful impression on us and made us feel especially welcomed.
We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and look forward to staying at Westin again.

The closet and the iron etc
A hotel of that caliber should at least have a shower cap, cotton pads, a nail file, and cotton swabs.
The breakfast did not live up to the hotel's standards or the price—which I found excessive given the poor quality of the offering.
