Location, value for money given the location. Ample parking space and near to all supermarket and restaurants.
Expect reception staff to be a little more courteous. On checkout they forgot the deposit I kept. I have to come back again to collect. Needs training. hardly anything in breakfast. Just a pancake and tea/coffee. But its value for money and location is excellent to cover these.

The beds were comfortable and the towels were nice
Black stuff in shower grout. Broken toilet lid. Durant all scratched up. Press on nail left under my desk(not mine). Lobby smelled funny. Got new towels and garbage was taken out, but the rest of the room was not cleaned. Parking lot was horrible
