Room was comfortable, staff very helpful, location was ideal subway 5mns walk away

Shower a bit dated, don't like Shower standing in a bath with no handrail, danger of slipping

The spacious room was awesome and very comfortable. And really appreciate that the Hotel allowed an early check in given that i needed that rest. The staff in the Restaurant and the bar were very courteous and helpful. The location is very convenient to the Metro Station and other restaurants for variety.

Lock on the door was a flimsy slider. At 1130p I was awoken because 2 disoriented men were trying to get into our room. I had a my young daughter with me and I didnt want to scare her. I cannot see without contacts and didnt want to open the door. The room phone was difficult to operate in the dark. When someone finally answered at the front desk they said they would send up security. When the men yelled let us in I said no loudly and they said we must have the wrong room. My concern lies in how easy it is to get up in tbe elevators without scanning your key card and the lack of a lock on the door that would make me feel safe. When I asked the front desk about it in tbe morning they simply said sorry for the inconvenience. I really didnt like that. It minimized how scary it was for 2 women traveling alone.
