Close to everything.
Loud. When we walked in the room there were two towels on the floor in front of the mini fridge.

The front desk staff was super friendly, especially the lady who checked us in that evening. There was a "manager from out of town", she was super friendly and helpful. Also the lady who was serving breakfast saw that i was bleeding and she went and got me a bandaid. I live in the south, but the southern hospitality was so refreshing.
The hallway on the second floor stunk so bad. I do not know what the smell was, it wasn't like a cigarette smell or marijuana (which is something you would normally smell in a hotel hallway unfortunately.) It was maybe a mildew smell. Idk they need to put some sort of plug in or something to get the stink out.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, pool was nice
We requested a low-level room with our reservation, but they put us on the top floor. Several staff members took smoke breaks at the hotel entrance.
